Tim Overdorf
Member
Tim Overdorf is a builder in every sense of the word. As owner of Brothers In Construction, he has earned a reputation for transforming homes with meticulous craftsmanship while building trust through clear communication and follow-through. Tim is also a person with lived experience in recovery since November 24, 2007. That journey fuels his commitment to Hope Town’s mission: restoring stability, dignity, and community.
On the Board of Directors, Tim blends contractor-level precision with servant leadership. He asks practical questions about budget, timelines, safety, and long-term maintenance—always with the people we serve in mind. Outside of work, Tim invests most of his time where it matters most: with his family, making memories, showing up, and staying grounded. His story, character, and craft remind us that strong foundations—on a house or in a life—are built one honest step at a time.
